Farah: Jordan’s government digital spokesperson

In September 2026 the Government of Jordan launched Farah, an AI-generated digital spokesperson that explains government decisions and Economic Modernisation Vision projects to citizens in simple, everyday Jordanian Arabic. Ibraheem designed and developed her.

Farah supports, rather than replaces, official spokespeople. Every message is reviewed by people before it is published, and each video carries visible and invisible watermarks and a QR code that links to the original news source, so citizens can verify what they see.

Farah operates under the Ministry of Government Communication and publishes with the Prime Ministry. The next steps are more languages beyond Arabic and English, and the ability to interact with citizens.

About

Ibraheem is an engineer by training, with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and studies in Autotronics Engineering. He started directing in 2014 and has since worked on projects in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey, France, Italy and South Africa.

In 2017 he founded UPT House in Amman, which grew into a Jordanian–Saudi creative agency and production house trusted by global brands and government entities. As an active investor in the Saudi creative market since 2021, he works closely with brands across the Kingdom.

Today his focus is generative AI: making AI films and commercials, building AI solutions for business, and teaching teams to create with AI. He believes real transformation happens when bold ideas meet disciplined execution.

His film “The Beginning” won Best Emotional Film at WAIFF 2026 in Cannes. Creator of a Top-10 global AI short film, selected from more than 30,000 submissions.

Recognised among the top 5 prompt engineers globally (2025) and a finalist in the Saudi Arabia AI Cup 2025.

AI for business

Built the first Arab HR AI system and integrated it regionally with MenaITech, supporting AI transition in recruitment.

Training

Trained more than 1,000 professionals in AI across Jordan, Oman and the UAE in 2025. Certified Trainer of Trainers (ToT, Arab Trainers Union).
